Founder of Tezcan Flour Mills is one of the most reputable businessman of the milling industry. He maintained the milling tradition which came from the roots of his family with the flour mills established in Egirdir and Akşehir and in 1991, he brought a mill with a capacity of 150 tons/per day in Izmir/Bornova.

In 1999, He had Menemen flour mill started operations for the purpose of increasing the capacity, with the latest technologies of the industry and a capacity of 750 tons/per day.

To keep up with the today’s developing world, Tezcan Flour Mills have installed new high-tech units to maximize its productivity and efficiency in 2004.

After the loss of our founder much respected Yüksel Tezcan in 2007, the chairman of the executive board Haluk Tezcan opened up the mills as the third generation to the world. 
To meet the demand of thermal flour of the customers, Tezcan Flour Mills have focused on R&D operations and provided services to the customers through the drying plant which is established for the first time in İzmir.

Also for the first time in İzmir, as per the demands of the customers, Tezcan flour Mills have initiated the sale of Bulk Flour.

The bulk trucks that took place in the fleet of Tezcan Flour Mills have helped to reduce the customer’s cost of shipment, packaging, porterage and storing under bad conditions on a large scale.
